Our 2026 Holiday Schedule

We want to make sure you can always reach us when you need us — and plan ahead when you know we'll be taking a well-earned break. Below you'll find Aquion's office trading hours and support availability for all Australian and New Zealand public holidays throughout 2026. As always, our team will do their best to ensure a smooth experience over holiday periods, and we'll have arrangements in place to keep things running as smoothly as possible.

General Holiday Policy

On Australian and New Zealand public holidays, Aquion's offices will be closed and standard sales and administration support will be unavailable. Emergency and critical support arrangements may apply depending on your support agreement — please check your contract or contact your account manager for details. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Vendor licensing and provisioning may also be subject to delays during these periods, as vendor operations teams observe their own local public holidays.

State-Specific Public Holidays

Please note that some Australian states and territories observe additional public holidays not listed above — such as the Queen's Birthday (observed on different dates by state), Melbourne Cup Day (Victoria), and various Show Days. Aquion staff in those states may be unavailable on their respective local public holidays. If you're unsure about availability, please reach out to your account manager in advance.

Year-End Holiday Period

Aquion typically observes a reduced-operations period between Christmas and New Year. During this time, skeleton staffing may be in place and response times for non-urgent queries may be longer than usual. We'll communicate the specific dates for the 2026 year-end closure closer to December — keep an eye on your inbox and our InfoHub for updates. We recommend placing any time-sensitive orders or renewals well ahead of the Christmas period to avoid delays.

Need Help or Have Questions?

If you have questions about your support coverage during public holidays, or need to make special arrangements around a specific date, please don't hesitate to get in touch with your Aquion account manager or contact our team directly at info@aquion.com.au. We're always happy to help you plan ahead.
